  11. if you're considering buying one of these modems - dont.  For all
  12. practical purposes there is no support.  My modem doesnt work and 
  13. when i call theirs support # - im put on hold for upwards of 25 
  14. minutes before i give up.  Just a note of interest for anyone looking
  15. for laptop modems
